Contest Rules and Details

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be Maryland residents who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Employees of Next Day Floors and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to Next Day Floors, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Only one winner per household.

How To Enter

1. No Purchase necessary to enter.
2. To enter, fill out and submit the online entry form. In the form you will provide a link to your 30 second YouTube video.
3. The contest starts on April 15, 2010, and all entries must be received by 12 midnight on June 30, 2010. Next day Floors is not responsible for misdirected mail, server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction.
4. Four (4) finalists will be selected by Next Day Floors from among valid entries. Viewers will than vote to determine a Grand Prize winner. The four finalist entries will be posted to the Next Day Floors website for online voting. The online voting will begin on July 5, 2020 and end on July 30, 2010 at 12 midnight. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be announced on August 2, 2010.
5. All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible or from ineligible entrants will be void. Next Day Floors will not be held responsible for any bodily pr property damaged sustained in the making of videos.

The Prize

1. One (1) grand Prize winner will be selected. Winner receives a Guest Appearance in one of Next Day Floors' Commercials. Guest Appearance includes, one (1) Grand prize winner and up to two (2) additional persons of Grand Prize winner's choice to appear in said commercial. (Additional person(s) must be 18 years of age and a Maryland resident).
2. Winner will be notified by email and phone. Before claiming prize winner must provide their correct name, address and telephone number to Next Day Floors. Winners must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within 10 days of notification. Winners must show picture identification to claim prize. Next Day Floors reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on identification presented.
3. If winner cannot be notified or does not timely return the affidavit of eligibility, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prize except at the sole discretion of Next day Floors. Next day Floors has the right to substitute of prize similar value. No transfer or assignment of prize is allowed.
5. Only one prize will be awarded per household.
6. Next Day Floors is not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.
7. Next Day Floors is not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
8. Next Day Floors has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

3. This contest is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Next Day Floors and any other sponsors accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from making, acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
4. Next Day Floors cannot be held responsible for nay lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.
5. Next Day Floors reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
