Just wanted to say what a great job the installers did on my kitchen floor. They were very efficent and professional, the floor looks great. The installers put every thing back in place and cleaned up after they finished. They were very nice. My husband asked me to write and he is usually very hard to please. He was impressed. Thank you.

I'm writing to tell you that I am exceptionally pleased and nearly ecstatic with the installation of my carpet by Hose' and Luis. I am not at all sure that they didn't pour my carpet out of a bucket - it is installed with such high precision. Every corner is inserted exactly, every doorway is even and all the furniture was moved out and back as if it were fine china. AND, they cleaned up as they went along to the next room. Who does that anymore?

Well, I have to admit, I was hesitant about how young they looked and whether I would get a good job from Next Day Floors. I decided not to go with the Mom & Pop Store based on the schedule and slightly higher cost. I'd already decided that I didn't want the third party persons in my house like the other big box stores provide. And today, these two young men came to my door, got to work and never asked for a single thing. They did, however accept iced water, as it is 99 degrees outside today! But they asked for nothing --- nada! They just got to work and there was no talking - just steady work. They worked together as if they were Siamese twins joined at the brain - syncopated team work!

I don't often take the time to write letters about services that I receive unless it is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau but this is the experience of a lifetime! If I were a member of Angie's List, I’d let them know about Luis and Hose' from Next Day Floors! What wonderful hard working men!

Whatever you do, you should really compensate these men. They have represented your company in a way that will cause me to advertise for you free! Hose' and Luis are AWESOME and did a perfect job in my home!

Chance came out the next day and was fabulous to work with. He was personable, professional, and he kept his word. Jenix and crew, did a wonderful job on my wood floors. Our entire family is thrilled with the hardwood stairs and hallway. We feel like we have a new home. We will definitely give Chance a call when it is time to replace our carpet. We have used another company in the past, but not in the future. Outstanding work!

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that Chance came out to my house a few days ago to provide an estimate for flooring for my house. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgable. I really appreciated the fact that he didn't try to pressure me into buying your product and service. Over the course of the past few days I did my due diligence and received bids from a few suppliers. Next Day Floors was lower in cost then two and slightly higher than two. I called Chance two nights later and asked him to bring back the samples he presented to me for final review. I then changed my mind on the configuration I wanted for the house and signed a contract with him. The deciding factor in my awarding the work to Next Day Floors was the focus on customer service. I hope that the flooring and installers meet the same expectations as my experience with Chance.

The gentlemen that came and did my floors were the nicest people and worked from the time they got here to the time they were finished. They cleaned all their mess and moved all my furniture and placed it back in the spots that I wanted it. Thank you Next Day Floors. We had our entire upstairs carpet replaced. The team of installers arrived at 9am, removed the old carpet, and had the new carpet installed by 2pm. It was truly amazing. They did a beautiful job! The guys were very kind and left our upstairs spotless. It was certainly above and beyond in our opinion!

The installation of the laminate flooring has left us breathless. It's more beautiful than we imagined and exceeds any and all expectations.

We'd like to thank Mr. Lam Artis for bringing all the amenities of the laminate flooring to our attention and the care instructions needed. Mr. Artis did an excellent job in preparing us for the laminate floor installation and what we needed to do before the installers arrived. It saved us a huge amount of work. In addition, the workers who installed the laminate flooring worked well together and did a superb job of installing the flooring as well as cleaning up.

As soon as funds permit, we will be purchasing additional laminate flooring. We will, without a doubt, recommend Next Day Floors for flooring.

Yesterday, August 24, 2009, I had new hardwood floors installed in my living room, dining room, and hallway. I would like to express my pleasure with the results of that installation.

The two installers were a pleasure to have in my house. They both did an excellent and very professional job!

Several years ago I had hardwood floors installed in my kitchen and entry hallway by another company which took as long to install as your installation crew took yesterday, the only difference is that your crew installed roughly twice as much flooring. Twice the area in the same amount of time ... that shows great skill and excellent workmanship.

I did not get the names of the crew but please pass along my gratitude to the installation crew for a job WELL done.

I just wanted to say that we love our new living room carpet. Sean Kim and his associate were here at 7:20 and gone by 12:30. They worked quickly and efficiently and the craftsmanship is awesome.
